I am an Agile Delivery Leader with more than 19 years of experience delivering enterprise technology programs, and the author of Lead the Outcome: A Practitioner's Guide to NewGen Project Management.
My work spans enterprise PLM on PTC Windchill and IBM Maximo for marine and shipping clients, cloud transformation across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and earlier .NET and SAP Finance delivery.
I have led and worked with teams and clients in the UK, Europe, Singapore, Dubai and India, including Emirates Group IT in Dubai and Presidio. Across all of it, one lesson held: a project is measured by the outcome it delivers, and the method should serve that outcome.
Today I lead Agile delivery from Pune, and I train project managers and Agile teams through the Project Management Training Program and three focused programs built on that experience.
